Founded in 2014 by Monel Amin, we provide a two-sided digital diligence ecosystem and technology platform for the investment management industry. Our platform supports institutional and wealth investors across ETFs, Mutual Funds, Hedge Funds, and Private Markets strategies. We digitize and automate diligence processes, helping investors and allocators analyze data more efficiently.

For asset managers’ RFP, investor relations, and portfolio specialist teams, the platform centralizes investor content and Q&A. It improves collaboration and uses algorithms to engage with investors. We use it for manager research, operational due diligence (ODD), risk and compliance monitoring, ESG and DEI data collection, and regulatory oversight for delegates and outsourced service providers.

Asset managers and General Partners use our central content database and industry-standard DDQs (like AIMA, ILPA, INREV, and PRI) to streamline diligence for new and existing investors and manage RFP processes. Our technology stack includes AI, Natural Language Processing, Workflow Automation, and Data Analytics, developed with Python, Angular, and Vue.js.

We serve 70,000 platform users and 15,000 firms on 500,000 diligence projects across 120 countries.
