What you’ll do…
Strategic Account Management
- Own relationships with key clients—serve as their trusted advisor.
- Understand client goals and growth trajectories; proactively identify new use cases and service opportunities.
- Partner with delivery leads to ensure exceptional outcomes, ongoing value, and renewal readiness.
- Lead Business Reviews and feedback loops to reinforce Avicado’s value and drive upsell opportunities.
Solution Development
- Design and refine tailored solutions leveraging platforms like Procore, Power BI, and ERP integrations.
- Own initial scoping and conceptualization of digital infrastructure projects—focused on internal buildability and long-term scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the consulting team and Solution Architects to move client concepts to deployment.
Thought Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the internal champion for digital infrastructure offerings within PDS (Program Delivery Services).
- Liaise with Solution Architects to align delivery capabilities and product direction with client needs.
- Share insights on emerging client challenges and market trends to shape Avicado’s future offerings.
You should have…
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, ideally in construction tech or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, operations, and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience designing or implementing solutions in platforms like Procore, Autodesk, Trimble, etc.
- High technical aptitude and familiarity with APIs, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and cloud-based applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to Digital Infrastructure Hyper-scalers, Fortune 500 companies or large-scale real estate developers.
- Prior experience with system integrations, automation scripts, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing/sales pipelines.
- PMP, LEED, or industry-recognized certification in construction or technology a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
