The Strategic Program Manager plays a critical role in enabling our clients’ digital transformation and enterprise effectiveness by managing executive relationships, overseeing strategic programs, and shaping technology-driven roadmaps. What you’ll do…
- Strategic Program Leadership
- Serve as a key advisor to the client’s executive leadership, facilitating roadmap development and enterprise-level transformation.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable program frameworks and ensure delivery from intake through execution.
- Promote strategic alignment across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, IT, supply chain, finance, and construction.
- Executive and Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage and manage C-Suite stakeholders, providing clear communication and influence in complex environments.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable programs with measurable KPIs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment on interdependencies and timelines.
- Operational and Technical Execution
- Drive adoption of best practices in program execution, including productivity, quality, and throughput improvements.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making, measure performance, and deliver consistent progress reporting.
- Facilitate general technology architecture discussions and understand systems and integrations that support enterprise operations.
You should have
- 5+ years of program management experience for enterprise or global clients
- Demonstrated experience managing executive stakeholders, including C-Suite leaders
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional programs across operations and technology
- Proficiency in MS Project and/or Smartsheet for scheduling
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, data center, airport, or similarly complex operational environments
- Familiarity with tools like Procore, JD Edwards, Cumulus, Smartsheet, P6, or Canva
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other operational improvement methodologies
- Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
- Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
- Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)
