Job overview:
Omada Health is seeking a new member of the Solutions Engineering team to facilitate technical integrations with Omada’s customers and partners. The Solutions Engineering team supports both customer-facing and engineering teams with product prioritization and strategy to help Omada improve its systems as well as technical planning for individual integrations.
The team’s primary goal is to improve Omada’s ability to onboard and support customers and strategic alliance partners. A member of the Solutions Engineering team is an expert in Omada’s internal systems and works with customer-facing teams to guide customers through those systems and problem solve through challenges. Leveraging their creative vision, the Solutions Engineering team can work directly with business partners to strategically enable the product and build out internal and external integration strategies at scale. The team pays attention to both external and internal needs so that they can work with commercial, support, compliance, operations, product, and engineering teams to improve Omada’s systems and processes.
To achieve the above goal, a Solutions Engineer will be responsible for educating internal teams about Omada’s business systems, helping determine the specific requirements of integrations, advising on direction to meet internal and external requirements, and working closely with Omada’s product and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with commercial teams to understand customer requirements and advise internal teams on best ways to meet operational goals given system capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Participate in customer meetings to present and discuss the technical aspects of proposed solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop solutions that align with customer needs, taking into account their timeframes and budgets.
- Simplification: Explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in an accessible and understandable manner.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, product management, and commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Customization: Adapt product and service offerings to create integrated solutions for clients.
- Implementation Support: Serve as the technical point of contact internally and externally throughout an implementation and be accountable for the technical success of a new implementation.
- Education: Train and educate cross-functional teams on Omada’s business systems.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience managing complex projects and technical implementations.
- More than 3 years in a client-facing role.
- Proven experience interfacing with engineering and product teams.
- Ability to engage with all levels of an organization, including executive, technical, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with technical implementations and how they align with business objectives.
- Proactive attitude towards risk management and escalation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to develop an in-depth understanding of end-to-end systems and data flows.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Ability to balance day-to-day tasks with long-term priorities.
- Passion for process improvement and documentation.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, and CSV files.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate’s skills and experience, and other business considerations.
