Summary
The Director of Business Development will lead the business development team, identify new market segments, develop go-to-market strategies, hire and supervise a high-performing team, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in business development or a related role, strong knowledge of the B2G market, excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, leadership qualities, strategic mindset, and familiarity with emerging technologies in the B2G space.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related role, preferably within the B2G or Non-Profit industry
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the B2G market, including government procurement processes and regulations
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that resulted in revenue growth
