Summary
Sky Solutions is hiring a Sr. Software Developer with experience in .Net, Angular, and a minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including 2-3 years in an agile environment, for a ground-up software development program for the Federal government. The successful candidate will be responsible for full stack application development as a member of a cross functional development team.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and languages: Visual Studio, TFS, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular 2+, CSS3, Entity Framework, HTML5
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, MIS, or Computer Science
- At least five (5 - 9) years of experience in a software programmer/developer role
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an agile environment
Responsibilities
- As a member of the application development team, the Software Developer is responsible for full stack application development on a greenfield development project
- Work as a member of a cross functional development agile team and adhere to engineering best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Unit Testing and/or Test-Driven Development experience is highly desirable
- Experience with ElasticSearch is a plus
- Familiarization with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures is preferred
