Cacheflow is hiring engineers to join their founding team and build core parts of their software deal-closing platform using AWS, Java, React, and TypeScript. The successful candidate must have 7+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Java and JVM, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the fintech space.
Requirements
- 7+ yrs work experience building scalable, distributed backend systems
- Experience with Java, JVM
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or the equivalent experience
- Solid coding practices including writing technical specifications, peer code review, and testing (e.g. unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience with Agile development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-awareness, a positive ‘get it done’ attitude and empathy
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts
- Passionate about building great products and innovating in the fintech space
