Summary

Staff4Me is seeking an entry-level STL Test Engineer to execute test plans, analyze test results, collaborate with the development team, create and maintain test documentation, and participate in team meetings. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality
  • Knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Execute test cases and test scripts according to the defined test plans
  • Analyze test results and report defects using bug tracking systems
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported defects
  • Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test scripts
  • Conduct functional, regression, and system testing
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
