Job description

The Company You’ll Join: Veris Insights is a recruiting intelligence and analytics firm dedicated to helping University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders attract, engage, and recruit top talent. We partner with 200+ Fortune 1000 companies, combining candidate insights, employer benchmarking, and real-time market pulses to deliver research, tools, dashboards, and advisory services that solve their hardest recruiting challenges—across DEI, events, employer branding, and more.

The Team You’ll Join: The Recruiting Executive Network (REN) is an intelligence-driven community built for the world’s most senior Talent Acquisition leaders. The Network mobilizes the collective intelligence of today’s top Heads of Talent Acquisition. Members gain access to curated insights, proactive intelligence, and trusted relationships - equipping them to stay ahead of a constantly evolving TA landscape. Our team is at the forefront of making this community the premier place where the world’s top Head of TA comes to connect, innovate and shape the future of talent acquisition.

In this role, you will join the early founding team scaling this product at a pivotal phase of its growth. You’ll be the first hire reporting into the Head of Member Impact as we build the team designed to partner with the world’s top Heads of TA and advise them through their hardest challenges. At the level of specifics, you’ll build relationships with senior recruiting executives, facilitate meaningful discussions, and ensure members get maximum value from their membership. You’ll also play a key role in creating scalable processes that support the product’s growth and long-term success.

How You’ll Grow: This role offers a rare opportunity to become a trusted advisor to some of the most senior Talent Acquisition leaders in the world. You’ll deepen your expertise in recruiting, develop a sharp perspective on industry trends, and play a key role in shaping the future of a high-impact, intelligence-driven product. Your work will directly influence the strategic direction of our offering and help elevate the quality of insights delivered to our members.

You will thrive if you are energized by building new structures, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced and evolving business.

The Character:

Executive Presence. You bring credibility & confidence to interactions with senior leaders, earning their respect and trust. You show up as an intellectual equal, creating space for impactful, high-level conversations from the very first interaction.

An All-In Approach. You are energized by the opportunity that comes with being part of a fast-growing team. You embrace the ownership and trust given from day one and see ambiguity as an opportunity to lead.

A Builder’s Mindset. You’re energized by building and shaping something from the ground up and creating lasting impact.

Community-Oriented Leadership. You believe in the power of peer-driven communities and are passionate about fostering meaningful connections among executives to accelerate shared learning.

Integrative Intelligence. You connect insights, spot patterns, and distill complex information into clear, actionable guidance.

Key Responsibilities: Member Interactions & Advisory

  • Onboard new members to our growing Network, setting a positive tone for long-term engagement.
  • Partner 1:1 with senior executives to identify their top priorities.
  • Facilitate peer connections based on shared challenges and pain points.
  • Synthesize insights from across industries to guide member conversations and identify emerging best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Insights Generation

  • Capture and synthesize member feedback to surface actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development of REN content and programming.

Key Responsibilities: Building Scalable Processes & Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with REN leadership to refine engagement structures, test new models, and build repeatable processes that support scale.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize session content and our delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Event & Engagement Management

  • Plan and facilitate executive roundtables that are tailored to members’ top priorities.
  • Provide light-touch support on event details, ensuring high-quality experiences for members.
  • Support post-event follow-ups that reinforce value and strengthen member relationships.

The Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, executive advisory, or a related field
  • Confidence and experience engaging with senior leaders; and the ability to think quickly and adapt in real time
  • Effective communicator with a track record of comfortably leading discussions and facilitating conversations with executive audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel, with up to 40% in peak quarters and 15–20% in off quarters

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in consulting, customer success, or executive advisory roles with proximity to or familiarity with the Talent Acquisition space. You have a strong grasp of the challenges and trends shaping TA today, which enables you to build credibility quickly with senior TA leaders.
  • Experience in executive facilitation or peer networks. You have led or supported discussions among senior leaders, ensuring dialogue is impactful.
  • Background in high-growth or evolving environments. You are comfortable building processes and strategies in settings where products and offerings are still being refined.

The Compensation Package:

  • Salary: $80,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Location: Remote-first within the U.S., with ability and willingness to be in our DC office for team off-sites, strategic planning, or other key moments where face-to-face connection adds value
  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO, plus monthly mental health days
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a $1,000 annual wellness stipend
  • Retirement: 401(k) with up to 4% employer match
  • Family Support: Paid parental leave
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider OPT/CPT holders.

Please keep in mind: Research has shown that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds only apply to jobs when they meet 100% of the requirements vs. their majority counterparts, which apply at a much higher rate if they meet 50-60% of the requirements. So, with that being said, if you are interested in the role, we would love to hear how you can leverage your talents to be an awesome culture add.

Our Values & Culture, In Brief:

Talent is in our DNA. It is what we study, who we serve, and the quality we most pride ourselves on internally. In order for our team members to be at their best, we provide individualized benefits and support. At the most basic level, benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance benefits, and career development opportunities.

We believe a well-rounded and diverse team is the key to our success. To provide the widest range of experiences and perspectives in our member service and internal culture, we never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or marital, veteran, or disability status. Please let our recruiter know if there are any accommodations we can provide for you to ensure an equitable and comfortable recruitment process.

We highly value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and this shows up in everything we do. Our research has a significant focus on the experiences of candidates from diverse backgrounds. Internally, we have Employee Resource Groups for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employees, and Affinity Groups to support women and neurodiversity. Furthermore, we’ve established a Diversity Council to promote a workplace environment that is safe, respectful, and inclusive for all and acts as an active partner to People Ops and Leadership in service of our broader firm-wide DEI goals.
