We founded Zinier in 2015 as a Field Service Management (FSM) platform. We build Enterprise SaaS solutions using AI and low-code automation to help organizations improve field operations, manage frontline workforces, and maintain critical assets. Our platform uses AI and low-code/no-code automation to manage and automate customizable workflows. This gives users better visibility and control over their field operations, workforce, assets, and customers. We automate scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance tasks, and provide real-time tracking and mobile support for technicians and field operators. Our platform integrates with existing systems and supports industries like telecommunications, fiber, utilities, energy, EV infrastructure, and manufacturing.

We offer Z Sidekick, which uses generative AI for real-time insights and routine task automation. Studio Z provides low-code/no-code tools to build solutions, customize workflows, and add smart automation through a graphic user interface. Our z Productivity Suite includes algorithms for optimized scheduling, dispatch, capacity management, and route optimization. It also comes with an intuitive mobile app for field technicians, featuring built-in chat, remote assistance, and customizable forms and checklists. We provide solution packages—Essentials, Accelerator, and Enterprise—to help companies digitally transform their operations. Our customers have seen results like a 32% reduction in driving mileage, a 23% improvement in SLA compliance, a 30% increase in technician productivity, and a 45% reduction in total cost of ownership.
