We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support our client based in Tallahassee, Florida.

This is an onsite position. Candidates must be located or willing to relocate to Tallahassee, Florida.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our client’s Strategic Architecture Services team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on support, administration, and troubleshooting for Microsoft SharePoint (Online and On-Premises) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This role involves daily operations support, incident resolution, user support, site administration, and documentation for enterprise-wide collaboration tools.

The selected candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of governance and compliance, issue diagnosis, technical documentation, and collaboration with development teams and end users. The role requires on-site presence in Tallahassee, FL, with flexibility to support extended work hours, weekends, or on-call duties.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer and support SharePoint and Power Platform applications
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Conduct performance monitoring and regular audits
  • Maintain and update technical and user documentation
  • Deliver reports on platform performance and user activity
  • Provide user support, access control management, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to implement improvements
  • Maintain compliance with governance standards and best practices

Compensation and Term

This opportunity is for a full-time, contract position with possible extensions and pay commensurate with experience up to $ 100,000 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance available after 30 days of hire.

Qualifications you need

A successful candidate has the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises and SharePoint administration (site management, permissions, content)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • 3–5 years of experience with Office 365 products including Teams and OneDrive
  • Experience with Office 365, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Understanding of IIS, basic networking, and web-based applications (preferred)
