THE ROLE ๐Ÿ“

As a Systems Engineer in the IT team, you will work as part of an internal function that partners closely with stakeholders across the business, playing a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, integration and optimisation of critical systems within Form3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold responsibility for the maintenance, effectiveness and security of key internal systems, such as Okta, Proofpoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Integrate new and existing systems within Okta for SSO or provisioning, using protocols such as SAML, OIDC, JIT and SCIM.
  • Support teams across Form3 in automating and optimising the configuration of their systems and processes.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows in AWS (using Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and Python), Okta, Freshservice and Power Automate.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to implement new systems across the business.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Security Team to review and action vulnerabilities.
  • Manage email rules and configurations within Proofpoint, modifying or creating new rules as / when requested by the Security Team.
  • Provide escalation support for the Desktop Team and participate in the on-call rota to provide support in the event of an incident.
  • Create system configurations, documentation and user guides, and develop or modify FreshService workflows / tickets.
  • Actively keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring Form3โ€™s internal systems remain innovative and future-ready.

WEโ€™RE LOOKING FOR ๐Ÿ”

Essential

  • A minimum of two yearsโ€™ prior experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency with low / no code systems, such as Okta Workflows or Power Automate.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with system implementation and ongoing system administration / maintenance.
  • Familiarity with user management protocols, including SAML, OIDC, JIT and SCIM.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Desirable

  • Skills in Python and / or JavaScript, and experience using Git / GitHub for version control.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3 and DynamoDB.
  • Understanding of email management protocols, such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD / Active Directory).

  • Microsoft365 Admin Centre: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Security, Compliance.
  • Communication: Slack, Zoom.
  • IT Service Management: Freshservice.
  • Enterprise Systems: Palo Alto Prisma Access.

Form3โ€™s IT Systems Team works closely with the wider business, playing a crucial role in integrating and managing a range of systems critical to day-to-day operations, ensuring that they are efficient, effective and secure.

The team act as a centre of excellence, priding themselves on great user experience during onboarding, and working to provide the best experience possible on all company-wide systems.
