About the role:
Pacvue is seeking an IT Systems Specialist - Asset Management to join our Corporate IT team, focused on developing and maintaining a robust IT asset lifecycle program across our global footprint. Reporting to the Director of Corporate IT, this role will play a key role in managing inventory, procurement, asset tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.
This role is based in the Philippines, supporting Pacvue’s global IT infrastructure by managing both physical and software assets across multiple locations and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain accurate records within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, ensuring up-to-date documentation of all IT assets.
- Track software licenses and entitlements to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and proactively manage renewals and audits.
- Coordinate with global teams to manage asset distribution, collection, and redeployment for new hires, offboarding, and remote users.
- Establish and improve standards, policies, and procedures for asset procurement, usage, and disposal.
- Monitor IT vendor contracts, pricing, and performance in partnership with Procurement and other business units.
- Provide regular reporting on asset inventory, lifecycle status, and cost analysis to IT leadership.
- Support internal audits and help enforce IT compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, internal control reviews).
- Support internal IT projects and Help Desk operations, as it relates to ITAM and adjacent processes and platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Asset Management, Procurement, or IT Operations, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
- Familiarity with ITAM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper, JAMF, Kandji, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning.
- Understanding of software licensing models, compliance risks, and reporting requirements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in working with macOS, Windows, and mobile devices within enterprise environments.
- Coursework in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
