We provide digital treatments and programs that offer effective, accessible mental health care for common mental health conditions. Our app-based treatments are designed by clinical experts and supported by research and randomized controlled trials. We simplify access for employers, payers, and patients, aiming to create an inclusive, scalable, and affordable mental health ecosystem. Our offerings include FDA-cleared prescription digital therapeutics like Sleepio RX, a first-line CBT-I treatment for insomnia disorder in adults 18 and older, and Daylight RX, a first-line CBT treatment for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in adults 22 and older. We also offer digital programs such as Sleepio for improving sleep quality, Daylight for reducing worry and anxiety, and Spark Direct for improving mood, which addresses adolescent depression.

Since our founding in 2010, we have treated and supported over 500,000 patients. Client implementation satisfaction is 9.810, and our apps maintain a 4+ App Store rating. Our clinical validation includes over 100 peer-reviewed publications and 22 completed randomized controlled trials, with 4 references in clinical guidelines. Mission & Values

Our mission is to help millions back to good mental health. Our co-founder, Peter Hames, experienced insomnia and saw the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This led him and Dr. Colin Espie to create Big Health.
