You will…

  1. LEAD full-cycle, multicultural recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate and technical roles across multiple functions

  2. BUILD strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs

  3. DELIVER a top-class candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage of the hiring process

  4. PROVIDE data-driven practices that empower hiring teams to make smarter, faster decisions

  5. STAY informed on industry trends and best practices to keep talent acquisition strategies competitive

  6. ACT as a strategic consultant to business leaders, aligning workforce plans with business goals

  7. UTILIZE data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement

  8. CHAMPION employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent

  9. Work on tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

​​The right fit for this role is DETERMINED and AMBITIOUS with :

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

  • EXPERIENCE handling both corporate and technical roles across diverse functions

  • EXPERTISE with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media sourcing

  • STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels

  • PROVEN ABILITY in employer branding and sourcing passive candidates effectively

  • FAMILIARITY with or eagerness to learn AI recruitment tools to enhance efficiency

  • ABILITY to manage candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics for process improvement

  • WORK ETHIC that leaves others in their dust

  • Strong PEOPLE LEADERSHIP SKILLS and a passion for getting the most out of people.

  • Relentless desire to BECOME YOUR VERY BEST, and can prove it!
