Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract top IT and Microsoft technology talent using channels like LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and our internal candidate database.

  • Partner directly with hiring managers, truly understanding business and technical requirements to shape robust recruitment strategies.

  • Steer the full recruitment cycle: from initial outreach to onboarding high-potential hires who will drive our digital transformation goals.

  • Build engaging talent pipelines and deliver a standout candidate experience at every touch point.

  • Champion employer branding—showcase HSO at job fairs, events, and online.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics, propose improvements, and help evolve our talent acquisition processes with cutting-edge tools and trends.

  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new hires.

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

  • At least 3 years in tech recruitment, ideally within the Microsoft/domain IT sector.

  • Deep understanding of IT and engineering roles and background.

  • Proven expertise in ATS solutions, Boolean Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Experience with various interviewing techniques, including behavioral interviewing and assessment centers.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Passion for talent attraction, continuous improvement, and building great candidate experiences.
