As an Internal Tax Manager, you will be working directly with the firm’s Partners completing their Individual tax returns as well as providing tax planning and forecasting.

Requirements:
- 4 or more years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis on Tax.
- BS/BA degree in accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus)
- Licensed CPA OR EA certified
- Experienced in Tax Planning & Forecasting
- Knowledge with Quarterly Statements, Capital Statements, Year-end returns
- Capability to research complex tax issues and exposure to a variety of entities.
- Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of entities and individual tax issues.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication
- Demonstrates proactive thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting to the firm’s Partners.
- Work with Internal Partners to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.
- Work with Internal Partners in the US, Canada & the UK
$120,000 - $160,000 a year
The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position. Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location and qualifications.
