How you’ll make an impact

What you’ll do
- Drive effective, sustainable delivery with strong planning and technical practices.
- Ensure product health, technical quality, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Collaborate on roadmaps and support incident resolution and continuous improvement.
- Coach the team to grow their skills and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
- Support career growth, wellbeing, and team engagement.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit and retain diverse talent, and organise team-building activities.
What you’ll bring with you
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on growth and learning.
- High emotional intelligence, clear communication, and people leadership.
- Proven ability to foster inclusive, values-driven team culture.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience leading teams in Agile environments, ideally within digital product or SaaS.
- Strong collaboration, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
