We started Catchpoint in 2008 as an Internet Resilience Company focused on Internet Performance Monitoring (IPM).
Our platform offers synthetics, Real User Monitoring (RUM), performance optimization, high-fidelity data, and flexible visualizations with advanced analytics. We use thousands of vantage points—including wireless networks, BGP, backbone, last mile, endpoint, enterprise, and ISPs—to provide visibility into anything affecting customers, employees, networks, website performance, applications, and APIs. We help detect and resolve internet stack issues before they impact your business.
Our IPM Suite optimizes performance, availability, reliability, and reachability. It gathers real-user, synthetic, and BGP data globally, then correlates it to identify performance issues across DNS, CDN, SaaS, or ISP, helping resolve them through root cause analysis. The platform integrates with tools like ServiceNow, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, and PagerDuty.
We serve online retailers, Global2000 companies, CDNs, cloud service providers, xSPs, commerce platforms, cloud hyperscalers, and banks. Our first four customers—[24]7, Edgecast, Google, and FreeWheel—are still with us today.
