This role is about deriving results, achieving goals for the group and product.

We are looking for Tech Manager who can lead and coach development teams, fostering a collaborative environment to provide technical leadership to achieve project goals.

Empower team members to make technical decisions, instill sense of ownership and self-organize.

Responsible for productivity and quality objectives for respective teams.

Work closely with team members and provide technical guidance and solve the problem related to design, implementation, process, do hands on where required.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Manage all aspects of the team such as hiring, reviews, mentoring and promotions

How will you make an impact?

Work as a Manager Product Engineering on complex Recording based projects

Should be able to interpret the business requirements and discuss with technical team/designers

Participate in technology evaluations and Proof of Concepts

Have you got what it takes?

Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent from reputed institute

13+ years of experience in Software development for software application deployed

This is a Technical and people-centric position. Requires a person who is hands-on, but also able to lead and influence people.

The role includes leading a team of Developers, QA engineers and/or customer support technicians.

You require close interaction with other product teams.

You need to manage the activities of the Product team, focusing on schedule planning, project management and team productivity.

You provide technical guidance to the team.

Ensure Development projects are delivered on time and within quality standards using Agile development process.

Need to identify Project risks and communicate them.

Provide leadership and direct supervision of employees, including hiring, coaching/mentoring and guiding team members (day-to-day, hands-on leadership).

Ability to drive continuous improvement throughout diverse/multi-site teams.

Functions as the central point of contact for product management and quality assurance.

Contributes to and executes long term plans for product architecture and engineering development.

Possess verbal and presentational skills to allow direct engagement with customers.

Hands-on experience as a Python Development and JavaScript

Strong OO design, code skills and AWS natives

Expertise in application development using Python, Microservice, AWS, web services standards and related technologies

Node.js and Vue.js for frontend

Experience in database development with SQL and MongoDB. MongoDB experience preferred or experience in other NoSQL databases.

Experience in driving quality assurance practices within engineering using a shift left mindset.

PostgreSQL, GitLab, Redis , Snowflake, Azure -Open AI will be advantage

Knowledge of Serverless Computing and/or Cloud-Native Development
