Technical Implementation Consultants are a customer focused leader who work hand-in-hand with the Implementation Consultants and Specialists to implement products and solutions that require a higher level of technical knowledge (i.e. Web Services, TMS, APIs, SMS products and additional product integrations) for new and existing clients. Expert technical knowledge and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones of this role.

What your impact will look like here
- Lead and manage multiple Granicus technical product implementations and solutions on schedule and with high quality
- Advocate and evangelize “best practice” approaches to client set ups to ensure long term success and value for Granicus clients
- Ensure implementations meet client specific missions and solve core challenges around effective, efficient and engaging communications
- Clarify and drive implementation commitments
- Develop training and implementation documentation for customized implementations
- Conduct system training for client administrators and developers when applicable
- Establish and maintain clear chains of accountability within Granicus and client organizations
- Maintain project plans and other forms of communications regarding status and issues for assigned engagements.

- Successful facilitation of technical implementations
- Project Management, preferably with public-sector clients
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Expertise with Web 2.0, social media and web Interactive capabilities, including digital communication options (email, SMS, RSS, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, WordPress, JavaScript/jQuery, mobile aps, Web Services, HTML5, APIs and other web technologies a plus
- Examples of Likely Performance Metrics:
- Customer Satisfaction (measured via post-implementation survey)
- Project profitability (budgeted effort - actual effort)
- Command Skills demonstrated across backlog (measured by “on track” vs “off track” projects)
- Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (number of projects managed per year, average days to launch as defined by complexity, use of best practices
- Expert technical product knowledge
