We are hiring a Technical Lead to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans’ daily lives.
What you’ll be doing:
Oddball is hiring an experienced Technical Lead to lead, shape, and grow one of our largest engineering teams. In this role, the Technical Lead will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and others to drive and deliver high-quality products to our federal partners. This Technical Lead will manage, mentor, guide, and mold our team drawing on their experience delivering and creating quality products.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience in software development/web application development
2+ years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers
Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong experience with Python
Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business user
Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
Comfortable handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $110,000 – $160,000
