We’re seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team, supporting our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping and launching a new onboarding program within our organization. In this role, you’ll own the onboarding experience for our most high-impact clients, ensuring seamless implementation of our solutions while identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, tools, and best practices.
This is a hands-on, client-facing position suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, enjoys working directly with clients, and is skilled at managing technical integrations, operational workflows, and cross-functional projects.
Salary
$75K - $85K
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Deployment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Strategic clients throughout the onboarding and deployment phases, ensuring an organized, responsive, and professional experience.
- Gather and document client requirements, manage configuration of API access profiles, oversee SFTP/batch setups, and coordinate technical and operational readiness tasks.
- Own the onboarding project plan — managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and internal cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Implementation to post go-live Support by maintaining clear documentation, thorough handoffs, and proactive issue resolution.
Technical & Process Ownership
- Coordinate technical implementation steps, including API credential setup, batch processing configurations, and system validation, ensuring enterprise client integrations are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues, providing first-line support and collaborating with internal technical and product teams for escalations.
- Document client-specific onboarding processes, configurations, and customizations to support long-term client success and operational continuity.
Strategic Contribution & Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to building and refining a new enterprise onboarding program by shaping standard operating procedures, onboarding templates, playbooks, and best practices.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and onboarding templates to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Actively contribute client feedback and onboarding insights to product, data, and technical teams to help inform product enhancements and platform optimization.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives aimed at scaling and refining the onboarding experience as the business grows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, technical project coordination, or a similar operational role within a SaaS, data, or enterprise software environment.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects.
- Experience with API integrations, SFTP configurations, or batch data processing is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with an ability to distill technical details for a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, operational attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
