This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Join our team

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Global Messaging Routing department. In this role, you will join a team that leads cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of messaging routing solutions while managing user tooling technical aspects to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.

What you’ll get to do…

  • Work with cross-functional teams in designing and implementing messaging routing solutions (SMS, RCS, FOS Chat), developing project plans, and managing partner expectations while communicating project status to leadership.
  • Monitor system performance, implement improvements for enhanced message delivery efficiency, and troubleshoot issues related to message routing, latency, and delivery failures.
  • Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements and architecture for routing systems, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and security requirements.
  • Translate user feedback and business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and analyze messaging tool performance metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the messaging experience, and prioritize features and improvements based on customer impact, technical complexity, and business goals.
  • Stay current with messaging technology trends and the competitive landscape, while managing business unit expectations and communicating product changes effectively.

Your experience should include…

  • 2+ years of experience in customer Care Center work, specifically experience with Asynchronous (Chat, SMS, Email, Whatsapp) customer facing communication related roles.
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional business partners like Business Analytics teams, Engineering teams, or other enablement-based partners.
  • Experience with Jira work management for projects.
