We’re hiring a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner to deliver quality care to Medicare and Medicaid members — no clinic stress, no guesswork, just great work.
The Role:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Employment: W-2 with full benefits
Location: 100% Remote (no travel!)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000/year
Focus Areas: Preventive and risk-based virtual visits
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
Performing and documenting risk assessments
Closing HEDIS care gaps
Managing HCC, ICD-10, and CPT II coding accurately
What You’ll Need:
Active NP license in California (CA)
AND at least one additional license from the following states:
- Kentucky (KY), Georgia (GA), Wisconsin (WI), Maine (ME), Ohio (OH), Connecticut (CT)
1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required
Comfortable working across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines
