Role Overview
We’re looking for a globally mindedTotal Rewards Program Manager to take ownership of our global compensation and benefits programs. You’ll be responsible for driving the execution, evolution, and day-to-day operations of Planful’s total rewards strategy—ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our talent goals.
This role is central to enabling a great employee experience and supporting our ability to attract and retain top talent across Canada, the US, India, the UK, and Germany. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver programs that are well-run, data-informed, and clearly communicated to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution and administration of Planful’s global benefits programs, partnering with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Drive program operations across multiple regions—including benefits renewals, audits, documentation, and employee support
- Lead compensation-related processes, including benchmarking, job leveling maintenance, salary bands, and compensation review cycles
- Manage internal tools and resources related to total rewards, and help scale infrastructure as the company grows
- Develop and deliver clear communications to employees and managers about compensation, benefits, and equity—including presentations, guides, and enablement tools
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax requirements, and internal policies in collaboration with Legal and People Ops
- Track program effectiveness and employee engagement with rewards offerings, and use insights to recommend refinements
- Collaborate with Finance and People leaders to align compensation programs with headcount planning and talent priorities
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or people operations—ideally in a tech or SaaS environment with global scope
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and vendor management across multiple countries
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and job architecture frameworks
- A proactive mindset and sense of ownership—you take initiative and follow through
- Clear and confident communication skills, especially around complex topics like equity or regional benefits
- Strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience working with international teams or in markets such as India, Germany, the UK, or Canada

Pay Transparency Statement
At Planful our top priority is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual’s skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.
