We are a North American cannabis company that grows and sells cannabis products, formulations, and brands for patients and consumers. We have vertically integrated operations in California, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, with additional retail operations in Canada.

In New Jersey, we run a cannabis cultivation facility and medical dispensaries to provide quality medical cannabis and education. We were founded in 2017 and moved our operations to the US in 2018, acquiring a vertically integrated license in New Jersey. Since then, we have expanded through acquiring cultivation and manufacturing facilities and dispensaries.

Today, we operate 39 dispensaries, 7 facilities, and 10 brands. In FY2024, we reported $306.7M in Net Revenue and a 48.9% Gross Profit Margin. We focus on medical cannabis and medical marijuana.

We employ approximately 1200 people. Our Board of Directors has five members, and our Executive Leadership team has seven.
