We’re hiring skilled Bilingual Trademark Paralegals with experience supporting U.S. trademark filings, especially those who have worked with startups expanding into the U.S. market 🚀✨
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, and responses to office actions.📄
Conduct preliminary trademark searches and provide clear summaries.🔍
- Track deadlines and manage filings using docketing software.⏰
- Assist with international filings 🌍
- Keep up with USPTO, WIPO, and global IP trends.📘
- Support U.S. attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks.⚖️
- Communicate with clients professionally in English.📬
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
Has at least 2 years of experience in U.S. trademark filings and trademark portfolio management. 💼
Is familiar with the USPTO filing system and can assist with new applications, office actions, renewals, and assignments. 📝
Understands international treaties and procedures related to trademarks (e.g., Madrid Protocol). 🌍
Has worked with clients or startups expanding into the U.S. market. 🚀
Is fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 📂
Can manage multiple deadlines and communicate professionally with attorneys and clients. 🧠
Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. 🏠
Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌎
Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
