Summary
Iteris, a leading traffic data provider, is hiring a TOC Operator/Controller to support their 24-hour Traffic Operations Center. The employee will monitor traffic incidents across North America using cutting-edge technology. Desired skills include strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office, Google Chrome web browser, and Google Maps, communication skills, multitasking, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, prior help desk experience is preferred, and experience with written Spanish or French is a plus. The position is currently remote but may eventually report to an office in the Greater Philadelphia area. Shifts are non-traditional and can start as early as 5:30am and end as late as 9:30pm, weekdays and weekends. Compensation includes competitive wages and benefits for full-time employees.
