Team & Culture
Awesome Motive is a remote global team, with a home base in Florida. Operating hours are generally 9 am–5 pm ET. Developers collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams.
Technical leaders both code and guide their teams, including mentoring through pair programming and code reviews. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, encouraging team members to influence product development. Individuals are expected to make autonomous technical decisions while working with product management and other stakeholders. The culture also offers opportunities to solve meaningful problems alongside experienced professionals.
