Lyra France are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer & Content Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a mental health professional with strong facilitation skills and a passion for organisational development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering psychosocial training sessions, supporting teams through change, and developing engaging, research-informed content to enhance our training offerings. Training / Group Session facilitations:

• Responsible for delivering Lyra’s training to clients (primarily psychosocial)

• Will be responsible for trainings that require psychological skill-set and expertise as well as organisational development and culture related skills.

• Provide group Emotional Impact Sessions (e.g. debriefing, containment and problem solving / directing a way forward around organisational change, restructure, retrenchment, loss, discord etc.)

• Facilitate team Realignment sessions for groups in discord or going through challenges

• Conduct assessment interviews for Team Audits

• Assist with short psychoeducation sessions where needed

• Provide ad hoc counselling-related support to clinical teams on occasion

Content Development:

• Develop new engaging training content and refresh older training content for Lyra (research current information and up to date best practice)

• Develop updates to existing Training Content where necessary

Data management and Reporting:

• Collect and record Event details (registers, customer feedback, service impact)

• Compile reports for events where appropriate, provide recommendations where needed

Minimum level of experience required:

• Professional Degree in Social Sciences with Counselling Qualification (e.g. Psychologist, Social Worker, Registered Counsellor, Coach)

• Currently registered with relevant Professional board

• 2-3 years’ experience in Training and/or Counselling (ideally within EAP or corporate environments)

• If experience is lacking, candidate will be considered if he or she can demonstrate proficiency in both Training and Counselling

• Experience in developing content for Training purposes, or able to demonstrate proficiency in content development (primarily psychosocial)

Minimum skillset required:

• Fluent in French and English

• Professionalism, maturity and excellent customer-facing manner

• Sound time management and personal calendar management

• Able to work independently and proactively, strong work ethic

• Sound understanding of psychosocial constructs and able to explain these effectively

• Ability to research and curate up to date information and best practice in psychosocial fields

• Strong communicator and confident presenter

• Administrative competence (data, documents and emails)

Due to remote/ hybrid working environment, stable and reliable internet connection is needed. Access to transport and ability to travel required on occasion.
