LA (Lindeman & Associates) launched in 2015 and quickly established itself as a leader in the entertainment advertising space, winning Clio’s Agency of the Year in 2017. We are looking for a Training Readiness Lead to join our LA Managed Services team workingwith a leading global client.

As a Training Readiness Lead, you’ll be the face of the client, bringing the energy, passion, and product knowledge that fuels the brand’s success across the globe. Whether you’re leading in-person sessions, hosting virtual workshops, creating must-watch training content or scaling sales incentive programs, you’ll be educating, inspiring, and building strong relationships with sales teams, retailers, and partners.

This isn’t just another training job—it’s an opportunity to make an impact by showing the world why this brand is one the best in the game. If you can turn complex product details into engaging stories, keep audiences locked in, and foster genuine excitement,we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

• Bring the brand experience to life. Deliver engaging, high-energy training sessions (both in-person and virtual) that excite and educate sales teams across the country.

• Be the go-to expert. Train retail employees, distributors, and partners on how to sell the brand with confidence and demonstrate its world-class sound in stores.

• Build strong relationships. Become the trusted trainer, mentor, and partner that sales

teams look to for guidance and motivation.

• Customize training for different audiences. Whether it’s a small retail team or a

national partner, you’ll tailor content to make sure everyone gets what they need.

• Make training interactive & fun. No boring PowerPoints here—use storytelling, live

demos, video content, and hands-on experiences to keep people engaged.

• Stay ahead of the curve. Continuously refine and adapt training strategies based on

feedback, market trends, and new product innovations.

• Represent the brand at events and show up as the face of the brand at industry events, trade

shows, and key meetings.

• Support implementation of sales incentive programs with key partners globally.

• Travel the country (up to 50%). Take your expertise coast to coast, helping to shape

the way the brand is sold and experienced nationwide.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• 5+ years of training, presenting, or public speaking experience (bonus points for retail

or sales background).

• Strong Keynote & multimedia training platform experience (because great training

needs great visuals).

• Dynamic presentation skills. You know how to own a room, engage an audience, and

make training unforgettable.

• Strong on-camera presence. Virtual training should feel as exciting as an in person

session, and you make that happen.

• Excellent communication skills. Whether it’s talking to a small group or a packed

conference hall, you’re clear, confident, and relatable.

• Tech-savvy mindset. You understand consumer electronics, wireless audio, and the

latest trends in the industry.

• A natural relationship-builder. You connect with people easily and leave a lasting

Impression.

• Super organized & adaptable. You manage multiple training programs while staying

flexible to changing needs.

• Culturally aware. You train diverse audiences and adapt your approach to different

learning styles.

• Proactive & innovative. You bring fresh ideas and new training techniques to keep

things exciting.
