LA (Lindeman & Associates) launched in 2015 and quickly established itself as a leader in the entertainment advertising space, winning Clio’s Agency of the Year in 2017. We are looking for a Training Readiness Lead to join our LA Managed Services team workingwith a leading global client.
As a Training Readiness Lead, you’ll be the face of the client, bringing the energy, passion, and product knowledge that fuels the brand’s success across the globe. Whether you’re leading in-person sessions, hosting virtual workshops, creating must-watch training content or scaling sales incentive programs, you’ll be educating, inspiring, and building strong relationships with sales teams, retailers, and partners.

What You’ll Do
• Bring the brand experience to life. Deliver engaging, high-energy training sessions (both in-person and virtual) that excite and educate sales teams across the country.
• Be the go-to expert. Train retail employees, distributors, and partners on how to sell the brand with confidence and demonstrate its world-class sound in stores.
• Build strong relationships. Become the trusted trainer, mentor, and partner that sales
teams look to for guidance and motivation.
• Customize training for different audiences. Whether it’s a small retail team or a
national partner, you’ll tailor content to make sure everyone gets what they need.
• Make training interactive & fun. No boring PowerPoints here—use storytelling, live
demos, video content, and hands-on experiences to keep people engaged.
• Stay ahead of the curve. Continuously refine and adapt training strategies based on
feedback, market trends, and new product innovations.
• Represent the brand at events and show up as the face of the brand at industry events, trade
shows, and key meetings.
• Support implementation of sales incentive programs with key partners globally.
• Travel the country (up to 50%). Take your expertise coast to coast, helping to shape
the way the brand is sold and experienced nationwide.
What You’ll Need
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 5+ years of training, presenting, or public speaking experience (bonus points for retail
or sales background).
• Strong Keynote & multimedia training platform experience (because great training
needs great visuals).
• Dynamic presentation skills. You know how to own a room, engage an audience, and
make training unforgettable.
• Strong on-camera presence. Virtual training should feel as exciting as an in person
session, and you make that happen.
• Excellent communication skills. Whether it’s talking to a small group or a packed
conference hall, you’re clear, confident, and relatable.
• Tech-savvy mindset. You understand consumer electronics, wireless audio, and the
latest trends in the industry.
• A natural relationship-builder. You connect with people easily and leave a lasting

• Super organized & adaptable. You manage multiple training programs while staying
flexible to changing needs.
• Culturally aware. You train diverse audiences and adapt your approach to different
learning styles.

Pay & Benefits
- The starting base compensation range for this position in the selected city is $80,000-$150,000 annually. Compensation can vary depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, location, prior experience, and education.
