About the project

The goal is to turn complex data into clear, intuitive insights that support smarter decisions, whether by individuals, municipalities, or businesses.
As an IT consultancy, we’re leading the product’s technical and design direction, from early concepts to implementation. The platform is still in active development, which means there’s plenty of room to shape the user experience from the ground up.

- Prepare high-fidelity visual designs, mockups and prototypes that follow brand guidelines and meet business objectives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on design objectives and ensure successful project execution
- Work independently on small to medium complexity tasks, managing your time and priorities effectively
- Lead user research efforts such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of design systems, promoting consistency and scalability across all products
- Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continually improve design quality and innovation
Skills for success:
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- A portfolio showcasing your product design work and thought process
- Proven ability to simplify complex, system-oriented problems through intuitive design
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, developers, designers)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to key stakeholders and the internal team
- Proficiency in Figma (our primary design tool)
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or other complex tools
- Familiarity with interactive maps (e.g. Google Maps) and geolocation-based interfaces
- Familiarity with web accessibility best practices
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit—someone who enjoys sharing ideas and improving team processes
Competitive Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- Dedicated training budget for conferences, online courses, and books to support continuous learning
- Access to English and Lithuanian language lessons
- Professional development through workshops, coaching sessions, and tech events
Work-Life Balance & Flexibility
- Flexible working hours to suit your schedule
- Unlimited work-from-home option for greater autonomy
- A 300€ Personal Perks Pack to support your work-life balance needs

For this position, we offer 2810€ - 4132€/month gross salary.
The final offer will depend on your experience and competencies.
