Requirements
Responsibilities:
Your role is to drive the conversation forward and help the team find a usable solution to a given problem.
Understand people, business & technology. Gain an understanding of user goals and needs while balancing business goals (ROI) and technical limitations.
Brainstorm ideas. Come up with the best solutions by generating ideas and building upon each other’s ideas.
Facilitator. Create task flows, wireframes, documentation, and other deliverables needed.
Prototyping. Bring your creations to life with interactive prototypes quickly and easily enabling you and your team to test them cheaply.
Validate/Test your ideas before shipping the prototype/product to engineering teams or to production.
Requirements:
Able to work independently in all areas of UX
At least 5+ years of experience, working with complex applications in various industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with teams from different organizations, cultures, and backgrounds.
Proficient presentation skills
Proficient in Sketch App, Figma, Framer, Illustrator, or other design tools.
Proficiency in sketching, wireframe, site maps, possess flows, and user flows.
Good UI skills. Able to create a functional user interface
Strong sense of design and typography theory
Understand how a system works (browsers, mobile devices, etc)
