Summary
Azumo is seeking a highly motivated UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of original designs. The role involves creating modern user experiences, collaborating with a team of engineering minds in AI computing, conversational software, and data-driven technologies, and designing campaigns across various platforms. The position is remote.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- 2+ years experience as a UI/UX designer
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch Up, mockup tools (like Figma, Balsamiq) and good experiencein HTML, CSS and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with split testing, feedback surveys and similar UX research skills
- Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Effectively create modern, engaging end-to-end User Experiences
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups and specifications as needed
- Create and/or maintain the visual integrity of the brand/client
- Communicate in a cross-functional team environment
- Design campaigns across all platforms including email, homepage and social sites
- Create new projects in conjunction with marketing needs and development team
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS
- An ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process
- A background in or familiarity with cognitive psychology and/or communications is a huge plus
