As a Video & Motion Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for creating captivating video ads using Unity and After Effects, while leveraging the latest AI tools for asset generation. Your role will involve integrating sound and music, ensuring all visuals are engaging, dynamic, and on-brand. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, take full ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, and produce high-quality ads under tight deadlines for some of the world’s biggest gaming companies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce Mobile Game Ads – Transform creative concepts into compelling video ads using Unity and After Effects
- AI-Driven Asset Generation – Leverage the latest AI tools to enhance production efficiency and creativity
- Sound & Music Integration – Edit and integrate sound effects, music, and voiceovers for polished, high-impact videos
- Motion Graphics & Special Effects – Apply transitions, titles, and graphical elements to enhance storytelling and capture audience attention
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with development, production, and marketing teams to align on project goals, feedback, and revisions
- Project Ownership – Oversee projects from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution
- Efficiency & Quality Control – Maintain a proactive workflow to meet tight deadlines while continuously refining and optimizing production processes
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics or video production
- Proficiency in Unity – Experience in setting up and animating scenes, managing assets, and optimizing workflows for video production
- Proficiency in After Effects – Strong grasp of motion design principles, keyframing, compositing, and effects integration
- AI Tools Experience – Familiarity with AI-driven asset generation or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Motion Graphics Expertise – Excellent sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling
- Audio Editing Skills – Ability to edit sound effects, balance audio levels, and sync voiceovers to animations
- English Fluency – Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to clearly convey visual concepts and collaborate effectively with teams
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 3D Modeling & Animation – Experience with Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D for creating or refining 3D assets
- Graphic Design / Illustration – Ability to design additional elements or enhance existing visuals for greater ad impact
Working hours / Job Type:
Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Manila (with 8 core working hours inclusive of 1-hour break)
