We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in paywall operations and talent support to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Daily search and vetting of creators (goal: 100 prospects/day).
Evaluate profiles and fit for our paywall services.
Build and maintain prospect lists.
Help onboard new talent into the system.
Collect branding assets and preferences from clients.
Assist with platform setup and navigation structure (e.g., Mighty Networks).
Migrate and format existing content (e.g., recipes, newsletters).
Create and manage visual assets (basic graphic tools, a plus).
Moderate and maintain paywall platforms.
Post content in the creator’s voice.
Support members/subscribers with questions and issues.
Monitor activity, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with creators to ensure consistent content delivery.
Interact with creators on social platforms (IG, TikTok, etc.).
Post on behalf of talent, mimicking their tone and voice.
Stay aligned with brand identity and messaging.
Track engagement or flag opportunities.
Document internal processes into clear SOPs and checklists.
Collaborate on building and refining workflows.
Manage platform-specific nuances and back-end tasks.
Support continuous process improvement based on operational experience.
Strong operations and administrative background.
Attention to detail and ability to follow and improve processes.
Comfortable with digital tools and platform navigation.
Confident communicator (written and verbal).
Organized, self-motivated, and independent.
Able to work under evolving priorities and unclear guidelines (we’re still building!).
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform/user issues quickly.
Not required, but a plus:
Experience in customer support or creator economy.
Ability to write in different voices (ghostwriting or mimicking talent tone).
Basic copywriting or storytelling abilities.
Knowledge of tools like Mighty Networks, Patreon, Substack, Fanfix.
Visual sense or basic design skills (Canva or similar).
Interest in the creator economy, fandoms, and digital monetization.
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 8$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
