Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide necessary information.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings and inspections.
- Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and team members to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
- Review and process rental applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and signing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tenants and property management transactions.
- Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, data entry, and organizing tenant records.
- Utilize Yardi Breeze for lease management and financial tracking.
- Use Monday.com to manage tasks, schedules, and workflow coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support is a requirement.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and tenant records.
- Customer-service-oriented with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: Proficiency in Yardi Breeze and Monday.com is a strong advantage.
