Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads based on target audience criteria.
- Gather and verify contact information for prospects using various tools and databases.
- Reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for our products or services.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates.
- Assist with email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a lead generation role.
- Strong research and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of email marketing and outreach strategies is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Must have proven experience with B2B sales.
- Must have proven experience with cold outreaches.
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo).
