As the Web Experience Director, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of our digital presence, driving a transformative web experience that aligns with our brand and business goals.

You’ll be responsible for the full web experience, from fundamental navigation redesign to complete website structural optimization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to create web experiences that are not only intuitive for human users but also optimized for AI discoverability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and driving conversions with measurable business impact.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive web experience strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead digital transformation initiatives, define KPIs, and drive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • User Experience (UX) & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead end-to-end UX initiatives, including information architecture, user journey optimization, and usability testing. Implement a data-driven conversion optimization strategy to ensure every web experience is designed for measurable outcomes and aligned to business growth.
  • AI Engine Optimization (AEO): Develop and implement AEO strategies to optimize content and structure for AI search engines and chatbots. Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to ensure web content is structured for optimal AI interpretation and indexing, using tools like schema markup and semantic HTML.
  • Collaboration & Analytics: Manage external contractors and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams. Oversee all analytics and performance tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to translate behavioral data into actionable insights and executive-level reports.
  • Technical & Platform Management: Own the website architecture, technical SEO, and platform performance. Oversee vendor relationships, manage technology stacks, and lead website migration projects.

What you’ll bring to the table…

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital experience, web development, or related roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of success in large-scale digital transformations, website optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
  • Deep expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern CMS platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and testing tools, with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, web performance, and content structuring for AI discoverability.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

The base pay range for this position in the $155k - $195k/year + 20% bonus

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
