Requirements
- At least 3 years of internet product management experience, preferably in financial, securities, futures or digital currency trading industries
- At least 2 years of experience in the digital asset trading industry
- Familiarity with blockchain bottom layer technologies such as smart contracts, Defi, wallets, Dex etc
- Active thinking, logical and clear expression of thoughts and insights, good at communicating with other team members
- Proficient in mainstream product design tools such as Axure, office, Figma etc
Responsibilities
- Product planning and design: Lead detailed planning of Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallets, Defi etc.), including features, user experience, bottom layer logic
- Write clear and high-quality product design plans, including interface design, interaction flow, function logic, calculation formulas etc., to ensure the product design meets user needs and market trends
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the market dynamics of Web3 products, including user requirements, industry development trends, policies etc
- Perform comprehensive and deep analysis of competitors, including their product characteristics, market positioning, user feedback etc
- Propose targeted product optimization plans based on market analysis results, including but not limited to feature additions, interface optimizations, user experience improvements etc
- Regularly update the product strategy and adjust features based on user feedback and data analysis results to continuously improve user experience
- Collaborate closely with team members, promote information sharing and team cooperation to jointly advance the project
- Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the project goals align with the company's overall strategy
