About the Partner Company
Our partner company collaborates with TV shows, production houses, and content libraries to establish and manage their presence on YouTube and Twitch. The team works exclusively with official, high-quality intellectual property—ensuring all content is licensed and free from piracy. Their goal is to expand major content libraries through modern content operations, stream support, and platform optimization. Our partners operates as a lean, quality-focused, and deeply creative team, working closely with leading figures in the entertainment industry.
This role is designed for a force multiplier—an individual who will take full ownership of channel performance and approach it with the dedication and initiative as if it were their own.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented YouTube & Twitch Channel Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our partners’ YouTube and Twitch channels, ensuring high-quality live streams and VOD content, and driving audience growth through strategic content operations. Your expertise in OBS, SEO, metadata optimization, and platform algorithms will be crucial in enhancing channel performance. This position requires a high degree of autonomy, creativity, and adaptability to the evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Management: Oversee daily operations of YouTube and Twitch channels, including content scheduling, uploads, and metadata optimization.
- Live Stream Oversight: Manage live streaming events using OBS or similar software, ensuring high-quality broadcasts and timely issue resolution.
- Content Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies for video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor channel analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and inform content strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to align content schedules and ensure all assets are prepared for publication.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive community by interacting with viewers and coordinating with moderators to maintain a welcoming environment.
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of professional experience managing YouTube and/or Twitch channels.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, YouTube Studio, and Twitch Creator Dashboard.
- Strong understanding of SEO, metadata optimization, and content strategy.
- Expertise in thumbnail design, video titling, and viewer retention techniques.
- Demonstrated high agency and a proactive mindset; ability to work independently without micromanagement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Comfortable managing workflows across different time zones.
- Professional demeanor suitable for a camera-on culture and content-forward brand.
Nice-to-Haves
Background in media, production, gaming, or entertainment industries.
Experience managing large-scale content libraries.
Familiarity with copyright laws, broadcast regulations, and monetization models.
Basic graphic design skills for thumbnail creation.
Ability to perform light video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut.
Experience in community management and interacting with moderators.
