Title
Independent Contractor – Mortgage Marketing & Client Experience VA - Marketing VA - Junior to Advanced Level (Remote).
Overview
The client seeks an experienced, creative, and organized Marketing & Client Experience Virtual Assistant with a strong background in mortgage or real estate marketing.
This role blends marketing execution, client relationship support, and presentation assistance. The VA will manage co-branded materials, PowerPoint decks, gift logistics, review requests, and content posting, ensuring the team’s brand presence and client experience stay consistent and elevated.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
- Marketing & Branding Support
- Create and manage PowerPoint presentations for real estate partner meetings, annual reviews, and client presentations.
- Develop and edit co-branded marketing materials for agents, clients, and partner campaigns.
- Maintain brand alignment with a new focus on homebuyer marketing.
- Coordinate and create flyers, social media assets, and print collateral upon request.
- Assist with video content distribution through BombBomb, YouTube, and similar tools.
- Post to social media channels and assist in maintaining the team’s marketing presence (with guidance).
- Post to and help manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Support marketing efforts using tools like ListReports, MBS Highway, and Keeping Current Matters.
- Organize and maintain shared marketing assets (logos, templates, flyers).
- Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Manage client thank-you calls and outreach post-closing.
- Coordinate closing gifts — e.g., cutting boards, entry mats, cookie shipments — within budget.
- Track ongoing client experience list and manage delivery cadence.
- Handle review requests through platforms such as Experience.com, Zillow, Google Business, Redfin OpenBook, and Social Proof.
- Assist with annual review calls, reminders, and scheduling.
- Support client engagement using tools like Homebot.
- Administrative & Campaign Coordination
- Maintain documentation of marketing activities and campaign results.
- Help manage budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination for gifts or collateral (e.g., QR Code Generator, Closing Gifts, Loan Approval Cookies, Moving Kits).
- Support the client with one-off marketing or project requests.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups without requiring micromanagement.
- Assist with internal communication through Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in mortgage or real estate marketing preferred.
- Training and proposed workflow cadences will be provided
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and marketing collateral creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills with client-facing professionalism.
- Experience handling sensitive client data — confidentiality and compliance awareness required.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media posting, brand consistency, and content creation.
- Familiarity with BombBomb, Homebot, ListReports, MBS Highway, and Keeping Current Matters is a plus.
- Experience with review platforms such as Experience.com, Zillow, Google Business, and Redfin OpenBook is a plus.
- Works well independently, takes initiative, and proposes structure/processes.
- APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:
- Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced proficiency)
- Canva, Adobe Express, or similar (advanced proficiency)
- Slack and Microsoft Teams
- BombBomb (video email) or similar.
- Experience.com or similar review platforms
- Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours (Part-Time to Start; potential for Full-Time based on performance)
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 9 AM to 5 PM PST (flexible; to align with client’s working hours)
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
