We are a Technical Advisory Firm founded in 2003 to offer high-value advisory services. We help companies with technical accounting, IT, cyber security, privacy, and internal controls. Our clients include everything from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Our services cover Accounting and Transaction Advisory, Compliance and Risk Advisory, and IT Advisory. This includes business transformation, cyber security, privacy, information security, SOX compliance, CCPA, GDPR, RPA, regulatory consulting, risk management, FSI, internal audit, and PCI. We work across many industries, such as real estate, media and entertainment, technology, financial services, consumer products, and life sciences.

While headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA, we also have offices in Irvine, CA; San Diego, CA; New York, NY; and Kuala Lumpur. We’ve grown to over 200 professionals across these five locations.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, plus a 401(k) with matching. You’ll accrue 15 days of PTO per year, in addition to company-paid holidays, including a firm-wide shutdown the week between Christmas and New Year. We also provide 3 wellness days.

Compensation includes base pay, overtime, and performance bonuses. We also give an annual technology bonus, health and wellness bonus, and monthly mobile reimbursement (currently $80). Reimbursement allowances are available for flex, technology, health and wellness, and personal development.

We support professional development with monthly CPE credit-eligible training, quarterly in-depth training, and an annual CPE budget allowance for billable professionals. Other perks include maternity and parental leave, fully stocked kitchens with food, drinks, and snacks, and various opportunities for peer engagement like quarterly huddles, happy hours, and summer and holiday parties.
