As an Atlassian Jira Engineer, you are the cornerstone of operational excellence, driving forward innovations that redefine industries. Your expertise in DevOps practices will ensure the seamless integration and continuous delivery of our groundbreaking projects, from transforming urban living to pioneering new healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Atlassian Tools Administration.
- Atlassian Ecosystem.
- Jira/Confluence Migration.
- Power BI Administration.
- Responsible for configuring, managing and optimizing Atlassian Jira to support project management, workflow automation, and issue tracking.
- Listening to people’s needs, collaborating with development, IT and business teams to customize Jira workflows, integrate third-party tool and ensure system performance.
- Scripting, automation, user support, system administration and reporting to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge in monitoring, logging, source control (Git), networking, security and database management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others, influence cross-functional teams and lead by example in a collaborative environment.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
- Exceptional English communication skills with team members, stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving system issues efficiently.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
