Job description
We’re looking for a Technical SEO professional who goes beyond audits and checklists. Someone who understands why things break, enjoys testing hypotheses, working with data, and building scalable SEO processes that actually move organic performance.
This role is hands-on, analytical, and has real ownership over technical SEO across multiple websites.
What you’ll do
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits covering: crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and e-commerce–specific issues.
Build, maintain, and improve technical SEO processes, including audit workflows, documentation, and internal guidelines for the SEO team.
Analyze crawl data, performance metrics, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and long-term improvements.
Develop and maintain page speed and Core Web Vitals monitoring for client and competitor websites.
Manage and optimize the SEO tech stack, data infrastructure, and reporting accuracy.
Research, test, and validate emerging SEO strategies and theories in controlled environments.
Investigate search behavior beyond Google, including Bing, YouTube, and app stores, and propose visibility strategies.
Run ad-hoc crawls, technical tests, and deep-dive investigations to diagnose issues and guide implementation.
Produce structured, actionable monthly reports with clear technical insights and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure smooth implementation of technical changes.
Act as a technical SEO expert and go-to resource for the wider SEO team.
Take on additional tasks aligned with the role, as delegated by management or the CEO.
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in a technical SEO role (agency or in-house).
Strong technical SEO expertise: crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, site architecture.
Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with multiple CMS platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools, crawling software, and structured testing methodologies.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into meaningful technical insights.
Practical experience with Python, SQL, APIs, or other scripting tools for automation, analysis, or investigations.
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
Nice to have
Experience with SEO data warehousing or custom data environments.
Exposure to search ecosystems beyond Google.
Automation-first mindset for SEO workflows.
Understanding of link building from a technical SEO perspective.

Salary: From 4132 - 4960 € gross per month, depending on experience and expertise.
