We provide medical and healthcare education and workforce solutions. We partner with organizations to meet workforce needs by expanding access to education, certifications, and upskilling programs.

We are the parent organization for several institutions, including American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Chamberlain University, Ross University School of Medicine, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and Walden University.

We work to address challenges like the rural healthcare crisis and nursing shortages. For example, our Aspiring Nurse Program is a partnership with SSM Health. We also integrate technology into healthcare education, such as our partnership with Google Cloud to launch healthcare AI credentials programs.

We operate five institutions and companies, employ over 10,000 individuals, and have about 365,000 alumni as of June 2025.
