Key Responsibilities:

  • Area of responsibility - Sub-Saharan AfricaΒ  region
  • Conduct structured outbound and inbound sales calls to partners across Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Deliver live video presentations and product demonstrations
  • Create demand and excitement for Ajax solutions and new product launches
  • Maintain regular contact with partners to grow engagement and sales activity
  • Log, track, and manage all calls, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM
  • Ensure call quality, follow-up discipline, and accurate reporting
  • Support partners with product positioning, basic technical understanding, and next steps
  • Collaborate with regional sales, channel, and technical teams
  • Support campaigns, promotions, and new product introductions
  • Maintain high standards of brand representation and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in internal sales, telesales, or partner support (technology or security industry preferred)
  • Fluent French speaker (mandatory) with the ability to sell confidently over phone and video
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable delivering live demonstrations and engaging remotely
  • Highly structured, disciplined, and process-driven
  • Experience working with CRM systems (call logging and recordings)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on partner growth and activation
