We develop AI software for cement and concrete producers. Our software predicts quality during production, allowing producers to adjust parameters and manage raw material changes. This ensures cement and concrete quality before delivery.

Producers can safely replace burnt limestone with cheaper, low-carbon materials. This saves money and reduces CO2 emissions, helping them avoid EU carbon certificate payments. Our technology helps them reliably produce low-carbon concrete at scale.

Our software is used in over 30 cement plants, including more than 50% of German plants. We were founded in 2018 and operate in the Automation Machinery Manufacturing industry.

Our mission is to help decarbonize the cement and concrete industry. We want to make low-carbon concrete a large-scale reality, which will reduce global CO2 emissions and help fight climate change.

We believe in a new way of producing cement and concrete that is cost-effective, lower in CO2, and consistently high quality.

We have between 51 and 200 employees. We offer a remote-friendly work environment within Germany with flexible hours. Our culture emphasizes transparency and open feedback.

We offer a competitive market-rate salary based on experience, plus VSOP equity options that vest equally over four years for full-time employees.

You can work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany or from our Berlin office with flexible hours. Our Berlin-based contracts include Berlin bank holidays. In the office, we provide free drinks, fruit, and snacks.
