Our focus is retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM. We improve messaging and use data to get results for clients. We’ve worked with brands like Sazerac, CDW, Sirius, Adorama, Disney, Gaiam, Universal Music, and DailySale.com. Our team is also expert in platforms such as Attentive, Blueshift, Klaviyo, Listrak, and Salesforce.

We are a small company (1-10 employees) of experienced professionals based in New York City, with team members in the US, Philippines, and Mexico City. Our culture is fun and collaborative. We’re passionate about helping clients grow through retention marketing, focusing on data-driven strategies like testing, segmentation, and campaign planning for email programs.

Some roles are fully remote, while others are hybrid, requiring in-office presence in NYC on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We maintain high production standards and emphasize cross-functional teamwork, aiming for measurable impact across all digital channels, including email and SMS.

We train our employees and offer opportunities to build foundational marketing skills, covering copywriting, design, and analytics.
